I am a little meh on superhero movies in general (like 'em, but don't love 'em) but I will be banging my fists on the door waiting for ticket sales on this one, and I don't know fuckall about Ant-Man.

I would put money on at least 95% of the audience for Iron Man having never heard of him prior to the movie coming out. I certainly hadn't -- I'm a big movie guy and still play HSX, so I knew about the film well in advance of release, but I was completely oblivious to the character before it was in the works.

I think they can make Ant-Man a star too.

No offense but making Ant Man look awesome in live action sounds fucking difficult. I would be impressed if they pull it off but the slightest slip up and he could become the lamest thing I have ever seen. Size shifting isn't exactly the worlds coolest powerset outside of cartoons. I am excited to see how they pull this off though, Ant Man in recent years has had awesome designs I hope they use those over the yellow suit with big black shoulder rings.

I don't understand the Cera hate as Scott Pilgrim. That was a great movie all around, and I no problems with Cera at all.

Cera wasn't Scott, not by miles. Scott was loud and stupid and easily excitable, Cera was quiet and doofy.
