It's disappointing to have it delayed this close to planned launch (Nov. 19th), but from the various bits of video we have seen, Watch Dogs hasn't managed to recreate the original reveal trailer gameplay/excitement. Perhaps more time in the oven will let Ubisoft get the game closer to the original vision.

The Watch Dogs PS4 bundle is not an official bundle, so if Amazon values their customer's (I'm sure they do), they let people choose another game or to receive the console separately.

Seriously, though, why did Ubisoft not anticipate that A) this and AC4 would cannibalize each other and B) that GTAV might steal it's thunder? Not to mention how it's now going to compete with Second Son, as other people have pointed out.

This is stuff they should've considered several months in advance.

Not bothered personally; it's always been aggravating the way publishers bunch up major releases in October/November.

It's probably moreso this year because the PS4 and Xbox1 are releasing in November so they wanted to push this game out to sell for the PS3 and Xbox360 before they release.

Yikes, this was one of the only launch titles I was looking forward to playing.

Almost makes me want to cancel my pre-orders and just wait until 2014 before buying next-gen consoles.

A little disappointing, as it's one of the games I was considering for the PS4, but I'll live. Shadowfall and Resogun should be able to pick up the slack. I may pick up Knack in place of Watch Dogs, depending on reviews.
