It's just the number. The number is all this thread is about.

Honestly from the footage I saw on IGN, it's either their video compression is super-bad or the game is not running at native 1080p, but rather up-scaled.

Well thank you for commenting. I'll ask you this though. Call of duty was synonymous with Xbox last gen. IF this turns out to be true, it's going to clearly show that the Xbox is a less capable machine from a pure hardware standpoint. It's going to clearly show the wild claims that dedicated servers are going to make up for this lack of power with Xbox live compute are bogus. No amount of "the games still look great" is going to change that in today's day and age. Word spreads like wildfire these days, as you can see. Does this not worry you guys in the least? I mean, I bet some people over there are REALLY regretting their decisions on choosing what hardware they put under the hood. Not being able to hit 1080p on one of the premiere franchises in the business while your competitor does would be downright embarrassing. Just my two cents,

The nature of leaking high profile information is that stuff changes, sometimes a source is wrong, and you have to take the heat if so. Sure there is "e-prestige" that goes with it, but you're also putting your neck on the line and your reputation. It's not just nothing.

famousmortimer and CBOAT and these others like thuway and Proelite have proven they provide very solid information, on more than one occasion. If this particular leak was wrong, there's no reason to punish someone outright like that. One mistake versus many many successful posts? Come on bro. We want leakers to come here, right?

I don't know. I always appreciate a good leak, and Mortimer has done admirable work in the past, but all these vagus teases are counterproductive and annoying. Not only that, but just a few days ago he poured his heart out criticizing other vague leakers, denouncing their habits, and lamenting the undeserved attention they garner.
