It could be big , depending on what the game is, i imagine the title itself is the bigger piece of info , as opposed to the res difference.

This really sucks! I joined this gaming hobby in 2008 with my first Xbox 360 and later a PS3. Along the road I have convinced two of my brothers that are stationed in two different bases in the US to get into gaming so that we can bond.

We get together once every week at least and game our butts off. When I got them on board I got them into 360 and they have loved it. Once the new consoles were announced they asked me "where are we going?" They have both pre-order but only intend on getting one once I tell them.

I know they love the 360 controller and the ease of online and with the added skype so that we can see each others kids it was a no brainer, but more and more I hear about the 1 its getting me scared to have them choose the wrong system. I have to make the choice soon and don't want to be wrong.

Sony seems to have gotten their shit together so I'd say PS4. The video chat is inevitable plus they have some interesting social features too.

Because everybody keeps getting the impression that the xbone being bad has something to do with the ps4 being good even though with pc games both systems should be judged individually on a pass fail system

Yeah they said it in an interview I believe months ago. But it's not exactly in advertisements, press releases, or going on the box. It's shady if that is what they are doing, for sure. But I'm not sure it constitutes as lying.
