while I agree this is insignificant for me personally, it does show a lack of foresight that plagued sony in the past. if it can easily be remedied in the future then fine but these are things in 2013 that should be a given. syncing of trophies is a more bothersome issue.

This don't really matter as I'm never offline and yes they have published stories about Dead Rising framerate issues (which also is not a big deal).

This maybe happens because PS4 shows all PSN trophies together and always try to sync searching for other platforms trophies .
In PSVITA you have two tabs, PSVITA and PSN if you try to see PSN trophies with Wifi disabled you obtain an error but you can see the PSV tab trophies offline.
In the next update they should separate PS4 and PSN.

I don't care about trophies either, but stuff you can't on PS4 but can on PS3 is disappointing to say the least.

If it's not similar to the way the PS3 is right now (the ability to view offline as well as online), I'm sure that it will be added with an update; It would be strange however to not include something that-- from what I remember-- was only recently added to the PS3 itself.

This is probably a glitch or missing feature to be patched later on considering you can earn trophies off-line and you can manually sync them. Not to mention both PS3 and PSVita have off-line trophies support.
