That's what i wonder, too. I mean, it's pretty obvious that they don't much care about Nintendo's target group but what's the harm in including nintendo consoles in a survey? Maybe they would someday see that also on these consoles there are some people that want to play their games. And if not there's still no harm done.
Nintendo aren't ignoring real gamers, they're just trying to appeal to everybody and failing. Having their cake and eating it too as they say.

Come on now. If third party games are not selling on the WII U, this shouldn't be too surprising. They are not going to keep investing into something that doesn't seem to garner any interest and isn't returning a profit for them. Imo, the interest for their type of games is just not there.

selling ports that are months old at full price
selling an old game with no DLC for 60 while the other consoles get the trilogy for a lower price.

Well, uh, it's simple. EA stopped making Wii U games, and so they're not going to be asking about Wii U. Not that it matters to me; out of all the games they put on the original Wii I only bought (and enjoyed) one game, Boom Blox, while the rest were sports games and shoddy ports or unfun spinoffs.
If they were going to make games for the Wii U they'd just do the same again, and then come up with some bullshit excuse as to why none of it sold. Hell, they WERE doing that with Mass Effect 3 and FIFA.

I've given up on EA when it comes to Nintendo but, to be honest, even with better game support and proper pricing I don't think they would have much success on the wii u.

Kinda dumb since the point of that survey is to figure out what people are playing games on. You are trying to gather useful data, that is, or should be the point.
EA has put their eggs in MS basket with their deals and are hoping it pays off, with a few eggs in Sony's basket. Nintendo's basket is empty.
We will see if that pays off in a few years, but if you want to do a survey then do it right.

I actually have 4 Wii U games, but every time people defend Wii U they only use 3D World or Zelda, maybe W101.
No mention of Wii U, Vita or 3DS. It's a Medal of Honor survey, the last one released on PS360 and PC. They're probably planning the next installment for PS4, One and PC with some smartphone/browser app stuff.
