well its after Christmas so all the sales and gifts of the game should be over and its like $40 on amazon every day so I think its time to announce it for PS4,Xbox one and PC

Would love it on the PS4 with "Move" GUN support. I'm a klutz trying to use the PS4 controller as a gun. Can't get beyond a 1250 "Fail" in the GTA 5 gun store shooting ranges.Spotted on reddit just now

I'm VERY curious as to how this game is gonna look on next gen consoles.(If it exists) I loved GTA 5 on my 360, but the only downfall was the framerate/popup, that pulled me out of the immersion. Just thinking of how it might look gets me excited...
I don't know why Rockstar don't just announce it at this point.

It's sold an enormous amount already on PS3 and 360 so I doubt they'd see any significant drops in profit with people "waiting to upgrade".

Im expecting them to release it on PC then do DLC for PC/360/PS3 and then at the end do a "Complete bundle" with it all on XBO/PS4. Would make the most sense if they wanted to maximise triple dips + double on DLC

It's weird, looking at the sales numbers it's hard to imagine there are people who didn't buy this game for the ps3/360. Is the market for people upgrading to the next gen version that big? It seems like people burned out on this game pretty quick, haven't talked to many people who would want to rebuy and replay it.
I think there's still plenty of enthusiast gamers who are waiting for the PC/Next Gen version. GTA always sells insanely good. I know people who hardly game or aren't gamers at all and they still bought GTA V. People who only buy FIFA and CoD bought GTA V.
I didn't own a current gen console because I felt that there was no use for them when I had a PC and the last of us and GTA isn't enough for me to justify buying one especially when a ps3 still costs around 450 USD here

if thats true i HAVE to double dip, the game was so amazing couldn't stop playing it for a week i quess. 24/7

Well maybe they don't want to have to deal with hitting a deadline until they are sure they can make it. Also there may be additional content that will be included that they need to announce before announcing the game itself.

Man, I love this game so much I'd buy it again for PS4. Especially since they've fixed so many bugs and exploits online.

Probably. It's a very CPU intensive engine so I don't see how they would make graphical and draw distance improvements without also putting more strain on CPUs. 1080p and locked 30 fps on PS4 is my bet.
If you have a fast PC CPU then 60 fps is possible if it's well optimized. As in Max Payne 3 optimized, not GTAIV optimized.

I guess a lot of people are predicting this to meet shareholder expectations for the next financial year targets. Also expecting a new Red Dead in 2014
There's a lot of Xbox One games on the store shelves despite the console is not yet being sold here.
So they don't want free money? Porting to PS4 (and to a slightly lesser extent Xbone) from PC is VERY easy.
