Actually. I just read his previous tweets, and they make it evident that he wasn't present, as he asked Antonio Fucito for news earlier in Italian, so he's just saying what he's guessing or second hand info.
Fucito is silent, meaning that he's probably been gagged. I know him. He's a professional, and if they told him not to speak, he won't.

Very unlikely. This kind of event normally has an embargo for information at least a few days after, to allow all the sites to prepare the best articles and unleash them all at the same time.
