15 mins of atomic heart gameplay leaked

Game design is inspired by Bioshock? Looks more inspired by Serious Sam. …not that it's a bad thing.

GP banger for sure. If I'm done with Hogwarts by then I'll check it out but Wo Long is like a week later.

-Looks great from art and visual standpoint.
-Terrible voice acting
-Shooting looks good
-Mele combat is the main point here... which sucks. Fps melee just sucks. And in no world hitting robot with a stick is better than shooting him.
-I don't like mick gordon soundtrack. He had some good stuff in doom 2016 and in Prey. But it's just noise in eternal aside from main theme.... here it doesn't fit the game at all.
-Game runs at 12 fps in every trailer shown ever.
-Russian game romanticizing ussr. I kinda loved the ussr easthethic ... before. Now I loathe it but as Polish guy, I feel I have every right to. I know devs are not at fault but it is what it is.

I bet this will look a lot worse on consoles. Bye bye high resolution and RT-effects.
you sure though? according to steam system requirements it only require a gtx 1080 + ryzen 7 2700x to run possibly at high settings and as far as i know consoles are way more powerful than a 1080 specially at higher resolutions and not every game needs RT to look good

Atomic Heart Devs: Our Game will have Denuvo, but don't worry DLSS will win back the losses if there are any.

Wow. That dialogue is. . .something else. I'm sure it'll get as much attention as other titles.
It kinda already has been mentioned by several previews as a detriment. But the fact that it's an indie and translated from Russian will allow people to be more forgiving

Art design, graphics look good. Subject matter is different and interesting. Combat still looks really iffy; bullet sponge and are sponge enemies that do a lot of damage. Heavy reliance on freeze. Cautiously optimistic.

Seems like a good time to get gamepass.
Hi Fi Rush, Wo Long, Atomic Heart, not bad for $10-$20 depending on free time/game length.

That constant "dialogue" is really hurting the game for me. What's with today's developpers having to shove irrelevant garbage in our ears 90% of our gaming time ?
It feels like they think silence will somehow show the game's flaws... so they need to constantly fill those blanks with garish dialogue that is not even informative outside of describing what we're seeing in game and already deducting ourselves.

The game is what I expect for a AAA game for US/European market.
FPS, high production values with big open world, average gameplay (seriously, it does not look good to me), good looking graphics (but nothing incredible to be honest, I still don't understand how people were mesmerized by the trailers).
I guess the setting here is what makes a difference.

Ehhh. Not for me I guess.

Had my eye on this since 2019. Good to see it's still the fallout + bioshock vibes I was hoping for. I've fallen in love with the Dark Souls game since then so I'm hoping it gives me a good challenge too.
