I still can't get over this photo-it's the funniest thing I've ever seen. That little kick.

There are Pretenders among us. Geniuses with the ability to become anyone they want to be. In 1999, a corporation known as the Centre isolated a young Pretender named Malachi and exploited his genius for their research. Then one day, their Pretender ran away and hit his head on the way out...

This is so hilarious but frightening at the same time, I assume no one was harmed due to his shenanigans since I have not come across anything.

Has anyone checked to make sure that he's actually an 18 year old kid and not, in fact, three kids stacked on top of each other under a lab coat.

Yo I loved that show. Almost as much as I'm loving this mishap unfold.

This has to be for Scrubs season 10 that will star Dr. Love and Dr. Cox opening their own clinic with Bob Kelso as their investor.

Rebrand it Cox and Love.

It's because Florida has open-records laws that make it very easy to obtain police reports. You can just call the police and ask about a case in vague terms and they're compelled to supply what they have. It's not nearly that easy in other states.

That and FL is now the 3rd most populous state (overtaking NY) and there are just a shitton of people here from all over doing crap.

this wisdom should shut down the lazy G/A/F/ stuff a lot quicker, but alas

You can't knock the hustle with this kid.

you really can't

okay yeah, this kid's going further in life than ben barson

Do you concur?
lol

I've prosecuted a fair number of fake doctors, dentists, and counselors and these fraudsters can do real damage to their patients. It sounds funny, particularly with the age of this guy and his huevos, but dispensing medical advice to folks who have actual medical conditions is just disgusting. Can you imagine your grandmother being taken advantage of by this asshole and not getting real treatment?
Yeah we should remember that. I mean this story is funny in a way, but when you really think about it... it stops being funny and just scary and shitty.

A source from the Palm Beach County school district told the Contact 5 Investigators on Wednesday that Malachi Love-Robinson went to elementary, middle and one year of high school in the county, but never graduated.

According to that source who asked to remain anonymous, the teen now accused of posing as a medical doctor, attended Palm Beach Lakes Community High for 10th grade in 2013. By the end of that year teachers wanted to hold him back a year. He dropped out the district, according to a source, opting for home school education instead.

At this point, it remains unclear if Love-Robinson graduated high school or has a G-E-D. But, according to the website, missionarychapel.com , Malachi Love-Robinson is listed as a doctor and Reverend who was ordained by the group in 2014.

A closer look at the Tennessee-based seminary group, shows the organization, which lists itself as a non-profit, sells a long list of degrees and licenses including high school diplomas and transcript s. On one of its pages it states, "With just a few simple steps, you will earn the right to say, I graduated from high school!"

Bishop John David Logan, head of the Missionary Chapel and Seminary responded to the Contact 5 Investigators with an email that states, "We have temporarily rescinded Love -Robinson's credentials and church charter pending the outcome of these disturbing charges.”

The Bishop goes on to say they conduct background checks on all of its ministers before granting ordination, and requires they comply with all local, state and federal laws to maintain affiliation.

It is unclear if Love-Robinson recieved a high school diploma from the organization. He has refused to tell the media where he received any of his degrees. Bishop John David Logan has not responded to our requests for more information about the group and Love-Robinson's involvement. The group's website does not list a phone number.

On Tuesday, the same day Love-Robinson was arrested by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office after it started investigating Love-Robinson for practicing medicine without a license, the Florida Department of Health issued a new order to the teen to stop playing doctor. It was the second cease and desist order issued to the teen by the state in less than 6 months.

The first order was issued to the 18-year-old back in October when he was accused of practicing as a medical doctor out of an office in Boynton Beach.

According to that order, the teen had been posing as a doctor since September. In that order, the state also told Love-Robinson to stop practicing massage therapy until he got a license for it.

Then on Tuesday, the day of his arrest, a cease and desist order accused the teen of posing as a doctor in West Palm Beach between January and February.

All of this comes about a year after Malachi Love-Robinson was reportedly walking the halls looking like a doctor at St. Mary's hospital. According to a hospital spokesperson, the hospital never pressed charges because, they say, he never came in contact with any patients.

In addition to the criminal troubles he now faces, the state department of health has fined Love-Robinson just under $4,000 for violating department rules.

Not only did he not graduate medical school or college, but he didn't even graduate high school.

The hits just keep on coming.
