DY_nasty said:Triple L riding those hot new Heat nuts. By all means, keep thinking that the heat will steamroll teams forever. Because that happens all the time in everything ever right? The heat need to improve in a sudden way because they never improved through the season. At all. I've never seen a team remain static from start to finish but the heat are that anomaly. Not only that, but they've convinced everyone, especially their new fans, that it should just be accepted. "Just sign this guy" "trade our shitty rookie for that guy" How about get on the same page for more than a week, grow up, and play to potential instead of making excuses for your self proclaimed greatest? 90% of heat fans have never looked at a game objectively. Why? Because they were attracted to the pretty colors from the start. At least Lakers fans are obviously masochists and have some clear delusional expectations of a team - not just a never ending highlight reel.
So yeah. Go fan up in your Hood and keep pretending that Miami's shit doesn't stink. Boston won it all in their first year, why couldn't Miami? Because winning is hard and they need more than two of the top five to get it done in a period where the NBA is at one of its lowest points in the modern era.
Dude are you serious with this fuckery? Lol, so its alright for you to laugh at me for being a heat fan but when I point out how you don't have much to laugh about, your feelings get hurt and you accuse me of being on some high horse. Suck it the fuck up private. And wtf at your second point. For a while during last season we weren't even considered legit contenders. Im sure that video has been posted several times of us bricking GWs and every body from the internet, to espn, to your casual b-ball fans were saying the same things. We couldn't win close games, we couldn't defend dwight or a legit pg, we couldn't beat elite teams. What actually happened? In 4 games Dwight averaged less than his average PPG and fg%. The close games? We beat BOS and CHI, two teams we were never supposed to beat, in 5 games a piece , while most of those were decided at the end in close games. No improvement in going from a laughing stock to two games away from winning the finals? You are quite a card.
