I do neither but it's really not that hard to follow? Even though I did Karate as a kid, I think Judo is eminently watchable. Some slow circling and then BAM, it's pretty tense. Kind of sad all our guys got eliminated today, because it means our TV doesn't pay attention anymore.

Track and field starts on Friday, August 12, though the men's 100m is Sunday night.
