I kind of expected this game to look a bit better maxed out. It can look stunning at times as long as you don't look too close at anything. It runs super stable though, 4k/60/max and my big fans haven't kicked in once during the three hours I was playing today.

Just a tip: If you set post-processing and TAA to low you can get rid of that nasty sharpening filter that all Frostbite engine games are plagued with.
If you do that and then crank up resolution scaling you get much better image quality.

Yeah that definitely looks better, it's noticeable when you zoom in on the picture. Especially the foliage looks a lot nicer without that crusty/grainy look.

The Outer Worlds. LOD textures look really bad on high, but I was afraid my PC would melt if I tried taking superresolution shots in ultra.
