So, just heard this from a friend. I live in Holland btw, if that matters.

He's got a 360, but it needs some time to warm up (which is shitty). So he calls customer service and they ask him to send it to them, with hard drive (although he has the same problem without, and he loses ALL HIS SAVE GAMES), and they'll fix it, and he'll get a new HDD+360.

He thinks the customer service guys are stupid, so he sends the 360 without. (they seem to want it because they send the new package WITH HDD)

Some time later he remembers PD0 was actually inside the 360, so he calls customer service, and asks if they can send the game back.

So guess what the customer service-woman says...
"CAN'T YOU COPY IT FROM A FRIEND?".

What the fuck?
