that's good news!!!!!
Theyre also getting a new jake hunter game. What i wouldnt give for the great ace attorney games, jake hunter, and touch detective 3 to get localizations.

Saying this is a good time to be a handheld gamer is like saying you're really enjoying playing on the beach when a tsunami is about to hit. The dedicated handheld market is being left behind. Switch is portable but only just, and with the size and battery life I won't be going on any long trips with it as my primary gaming device any time soon. And Sony is done with the market entirely.
Ummm its that system *insert game* would be perfect for right? Or am I thinking about the Vita? PC? 3DS before it started getting hated on?Have you heard of the lord and savior Switch?
Ohhh up ta #6 now. My bad! Ya its always been kind of a worse PSP but heck its gotten lotsa great games. Plus its game prices only go up ta $40 so for someone in my situation I'd rather keep riding it out than be forced into far more costly ventures.Year 6. 3DS launched in March 2011. The 3DS was way out of date when it launched. It's not hard to see why people don't want games on that system anymore when we have Switch now.
Which shocked me.How about that 2018 Wii release? Two Nintendo generations ago and it's still getting Just Dance.
I know some are bummed at the fact Metroid: Samus Returns is on 3DS, but I think the game looks great. I'm there Day 1.
What? Man, that's one hell of a reading of what I just said. My point isn't that you shouldn't celebrate good games -- if you looked through my post history, I've been encouraging others to get a 3DS in the wake of Metroid's announcement. My point is that "It's a good time to be a handheld gamer" -- the opening statement of the OP -- is short sighted at best.So if the market is being left behind lets not celebrate amazing games coming out for the platforms right now then? Wew what a way to look at things. Maybe look outside the window or go outside once in a while.

Vita 2 is coming next year.... GOTTA BELEIVE!!!!!!!!
These are the 4 final Swan Song games i am buying for my 3DS: Metroid, Ever Oasis, Super Star Saga remake and Pokemon Ultra Moon or sun.
But i might make a exception if they make one final Kirby game for it or something else cool in 2018 i like that still might be announced later on in a direct.
I disagree. 3DS should be put to pasture now that the Switch is out. Vita has been thoroughly irrelevant for years, and I don't understand the enthusiasm for it at this point. And I say this as someone who liked the Vita.

I'll be playing Vita and 3DS games for YEARS, at least another 5 or so. There's so many fantastic games I want to add to my collection. I love both systems they have such quality libraries.
As for Vita, if you don't understand why people stick with in now, then you liked it for a completely separate reason than most, and that to is fine, but the console is not dead just because it doesn't get the newest COD or is constantly raved about by games journalism.
wait for real?Theyre also getting a new jake hunter game. What i wouldnt give for the great ace attorney games, jake hunter, and touch detective 3 to get localizations.
No, it's awful, and I don't even own a Switch.
I've posted this before, but I actively despise the 3DS. My OG model is slow and cramps my hands. Garbage hardware and needs to die. The sooner I can stop playing games on this thing the better. I genuinely thought FE Echoes would be the last 3DS game I buy but now there's Metroid. Friggin Nintendo.

I dun get why people want the 3DS dead. Its in what, year 5? Thats the time devs should be hitting their stride with the system in that they can pump out games fairly easily/cheaply and even experiment with new ideas without blowing the budget. Ya know, like PS2 back in 2006 through 2009?
The Metroid 2 port beggars are especially annoying. We've waited through two gens for a new 2D Metroid, it's nice to have a Metroid game in the 3DS's library.
i never had a Vita but i always see a huge list of games for it even though everyone says there are no games for the system, is it because most of these games are boring, generic anime JRPG ?

This. That cheap 240p screen causes eye strain for many, and the 3DS is also painful to hold for any extended period of time for many. Empathy and compassion regarding others' situations/physical well being. Get some.
You can't honestly tell me you prefer playing the first 2D Metroid in well over a decade in 240p....in 2017.
100%I want a vita just for remote play alone. What are the chances we can remote play Monster Hunter World on it?
At this point I'm just happy they're still doing developer support, certification and manufacturing carts lol.The title should have been: "3DS And Vita(without Sony support) Still Getting Games Is Awesome "
