Thinking of rolling one as soon as it is done examining my install, I just downloaded a patch fro ma torrent site that took it from 1.0.something to 1.5.0.1

Now all I'm doing is downloading maybe about 20mb that the patch missed and then the game will be running.

Well, just as I was replying to this Aion launched. :lol It went from 6% to launch so I don't know. As long as the game works, I'm happy.

so that top download link is the OB client, fully patched? I'm getting about 2 hours to dl the entire 9 gigs, versus dl'ing 3 gigs from ncsoft and taking 12 hours. that is insane.

No, not fully patched. They've released some minor updates since then.

And you say you were downloading the 3GB from NCsoft? Does that mean you were in the closed beta before? If so, you should be downloading the CBT to OBT patch from that site.

Anyway, on the twitter it says they're sorting out the accounts in their DB so we can log on.
