Ok this seems like a completely unrelated problem but its bothering me to no end. For some reason any changes i make in the option menu for the game are not being saved. Any time its restarted they are all reset to some auto detect settings or something like that. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions for me here?

I had the same problem. I had gotten an Eurogamer key and the NC launcher said my region was North America. I went to settings and changed it to Europe and it worked.

For some reason Aion just doesnt like my passwords. Ive had this problem before with them(NCsoft games). Im typing it in right. Only way for me to fix it is to make a new pass.

rofl is the password can only be 4 characters so yeah

I've tried most of the other classes but chanters seem like a cool change of pace.

At the lower levels they are VERY powerful. You can solo one sometimes two elite mobs. I heard past 30 that they end up being one of the weaker classes though. If you are looking for a fun class to play for beta a chanter is a good choice. I played one during cb2 and had a blast. I'm not sure I'll play one during retail though because I've always played characters like that (ie Friar in DAOC and Warrior Priest in WAR). I like to be able to heal if I'm not beating people with my staff and it sounds like the healing aspect of the chanter is very weak in the later levels.

How do these channels even work? I tried making one, or getting the channel information or anything, but nothing happens. :S

Loving Scout. Just Surprise Attacked a Braxie for 242 damage, about 4/5 of its life bar.

EDIT: Just try again in a bit Gohne, they'll balance them back and forth.

EDIT2: Just one shotted a Braxie at Lv3.

Oh and I figured out how to get in that chat channel, it's /6 for me but it just tells me I have to be Lv 5. Workin' on it.

Lag seems to have cleared up where I'm at. This is my first time playing and I haven't read too much about the game, but it seems pretty nifty so far. Standard MMO stuff, but I like the art style and it runs very smoothly. Looking forward to playing more once the crowds die out a bit.
