I still have to pick this up, but somehow I already have a backlog this gen and I cant justify buying another horror game I wont beat(looking at you outlast).
But glad it sold at least a million and hopefully that's good enough to justify a sequel or more games like this. Unfortunately, I think CM tainted it before launch. Such a shame it's probably unconsciously attached to it. I don't even remember seeing any commercials for this either.
If it helps, I'm typically terrible with horror games. I just can't play through most of them, and I had similar worries for this, but I'm finding it to be a ton of fun. It's definitely tense, but I don't know if if I'd call any of the situation "scary." I think it's because they give you so many tools and options to change the situation to your advantage, so you don't feel completely helpless.
