Will I still be able to preorder in store, at GameStop, if I get there right when it opens?

I hope so. I get off of work at the same time they open. I really want a neon, and I don't want to have to roll the dice on someone shipping it to me on release.

Tried the grey one at gamestop and it said there were out when I tried to check out. Tried neon and it worked.

Pre-ordered online at best buy for store pick up. Was conflicted about which one to go with, but decided on the neon to add a little touch of color.

Kind of annoying i stayed up to watch the conference last night, and stayed up til 1230 am to preorder the thing. Then they doont announce when American preorders will be up, and it doesnt show up for a long while until the conference is already over, by the time many probably went to sleep including me.

In all honesty, i dont think this will be in short supply though at launch

I just got one of their "bundle" packs off gamestop. Try to get one too! Comes with 3 games, 1,2 switch, Zelda, and another Has Been Heroes?(?) I think.

Yep, was just going to post that I got my preorder from target just now. $15 for release day delivery, but I'd rather pay that than risk not getting a preorder knowing how Nintendo struggles to meet demand sometimes.

I was going to pre-order from there since I had a safety preorder at Walmart, but it was just the Grey Joycons version. Thanks for the heads up about the immediate charge. Glad my card wasn't being accepted.

EDIT: Hope the Amazon preorders come back since GameStop seems to have sold out of the Neon version. Neon seems to be the popular choice. Just need the Switch Pro Controller to go up for preorder somewhere (as well as Zelda Master Edtion to go back up for preorder) and I can rest easy

I snagged a pre-order from Best Buy before going to sleep. If I'd stay up about 30 minutes later, I would have gone with Amazon instead. I'm sure they will open up pre-orders again, but that was a bummer.
