This thread's fixation on Spider-Man's eyes is borderline crazy to begin with, nevermind the massive delusions required to imagine what the eyes in that pic look like.

Mark Webb just shot himself in the foot imo.

Large Eyes were obviously the only reason for a Spidey Reboot

Watched the third film for the first time yesterday, wasn't as bad as I thought.

Still nothing compared to the other 2 films though, and this was heightened when I decided to re-watch them again.

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to this film!

Just how big do you people want the eyes to be? I never gave their size a second thought while watching the original trilogy. :lol

edit: man I just can't get used to the fact that there's no laughing smiley anymore

i thought it started out great, but after about ±15-20 minutes, i was beginning to see why everyone hated it.

As long as nobody zooms into them 300% to check if they're green, I think we're safe.

How can anyone make a realistic comment regarding the size of the eyes in that pic?

arachnid-man? It would certainly make him more spider-like.

he's supposed to be infected by a spider, why doesn't he look like this:

i just think the argument is silly.

This arc during the 90 Spider-man where he turned into a giant man spider is one of my favorites. Loved the guest appearance by the Punisher as well.
Man, that episode was scary back then. :(

This is the internet discussing superhero movies. They will pick apart a turd to find a strand of spiderman's new outfit and compare the fabrics to the previous suits.

I'm wondering what the web swinging will be like in this one. After the initial shock of seeing the "spider-cam" swinging shots from the first movie.... It felt quite static and not as dynamic as it should have been.

I feel like the full costume looks really silly, though it might just be the distance from the camera.

These costumes should only be judged under the movie's lighting conditions.

Look at that shit. It doesn't look anything like that in the actual movie.

heh, it's so bizarre watching traffic move normally and then suddenly every single car moves in reverse.

Movies!
Being a stunt double must be pretty awesome, but also very aggravating at the same time.

He hid his face from the crowd (probably has to), but it looked like he was ashamed. EDIT: Or maybe he was adjusting.

Looked like adjusting.

Thanks to the guys shooting that video we can now confirm that the car in the last set pic did indeed have a camera attached to it. Maybe they will focus a bit more on the guy running around in the red and blue suit next .
