there's more but... overload.

Massive necro, I know, but this seemed like the best place to ask without starting a new thread.

I watched Legend of Galactic Heroes last summer and it blew my mind. Tomorrow I'll finish Rose of Versailles and it has also been a crazy trip that I have thoroughly enjoyed.

Where do I go next?

I grew up watching 80/90s stuff and I am not a fan at all of most everything that's come out since. I think I am starting to realize my true love lies in late 70s/early 80s pseudo-historical shows, which is pretty niche, I know, but can anyone point me in the right direction for what comes next? Thank you!

It's good to see a lot of my childhood added in here.
Do want to add shows I watched like:

Yoroiden Samurai Troopers
Teyandee Cat Ninden
Tenkuu Senki Shurato

Also, glad to see them subbed now, but shows like Sakigake!! Otokojuku were on the tapes I was getting from my friends in the 80's. I grew up eagerly awaiting those tapes from pen pals every month, they had loads of tokusatsu and anime shows. I got them for years, was so great to see all the commercials and everything attached to them.
