There's no way the game will look like that, would it? Damn, those are gorgeous.
why wouldn't it? It's a generation apart man, they talk about 10 times the power, why wouldn't you expect something of the sort?

well we got smoke (the power seems similar to fire), Neon (seems similar to electricity) so yeah I guess we'll get something similar to ice here.
but I'm hoping for air power since Aang > Korra

I'm just trying to tone down my expectations that's all. I do hope *fingers crossed* that the game will look exactly like that.
oh yea just saw the video. The puddle drying up looked similar to the Cry Engine GPGPU footage from gamescom
game looks great! Such a massive leap over infamous 2!

Not even six months. First three months in an open world game from a mid sized studio not known for tech and possibly even running at 60. Sony must have started feeding them whatever they give to ND, SSM, Polyphony, and GG.Remember when people said next-gen would never reach the graphical fidelity, but get close enough at the end of the gen?
Yeah, we are reaching it, and in less than 6 months of the new consoles arriving.
It was excellent, but then it had a terrible final episode that spoiled basically everything about the amazing villain and the conflict that had been built up. Season 2's looking alright, though it seems to have a totally different premise.
I thought Korra was great. It was on par with The Last Airbender IMO.
Loved it, really picked up after a few episodes.
I am sure thw internal Sony teams are helping SP. They share a lot of tech. Not even six months. First three months in an open world game from a mid sized studio not known for tech and possibly even running at 60. Sony must have started feeding them whatever they give to ND, SSM, Polyphony, and GG.
I know but it's still mighty impressive since no one else has even released a game yet.I am sure thw internal Sony teams are helping SP. They share a lot of tech.

The thing that impresses me isn't the size of the team. The thing that DOES impress me is the short dev time combined with absolute top tier quality combined with the size of the team.
2 and half years isn't really a short dev time.
