Anybody else still using a bum joycon?

I still have mine. Not sure if I want to bother sending it in. At this point I rather just buy some conductive foam and do it myself.

Mine only got funky when I tested out playing behind pieces of furniture (a chair and a couch) between it and the Switch, so I'm fine with it. Plus I only play on the Pro controller so it's not really an issue for me!

Yeah I've got the connectivity problems on the left joycon and I haven't sent it in. I was able to get adequate reception by facing the dock toward the room rather than to the side and I mostly use the pro controller anyway so I haven't felt a pressing need to get it fixed yet.

I had issues with all four I had. I feel like it's more noticeable in Puyo Puyo Tetris than anything else cause you're constantly pressing different inputs a lot any sticking or lag can screw you up pretty bad.

Called a little while ago and they wanted the system cause it was happening with all my controllers, but asked to try just the extra pair first to see if that'd work. It did, so then I got the first pair fixed too, now all is good. Both took like 3-5 days from the call to receiving the fixed joycons.

This is my situation as well. So a fully-working joycon still can't connect when basically anything is between it and the Switch? I calibrated the sticks and all four of my joy cons don't have any problems unless I put something between them and the Switch. Not the biggest issue in the world but pretty frustrating.

Also, I got my Switch after launch when GameStop started having them available online in the MK8D and BoTW bundle. I've noticed that my wrist straps are fully reversible, and there's no way that they would get stuck on the joycon like I've heard complaints about. Which makes me wonder have there been any improvements when it comes to the Joy cons since launch? I managed to get 4 fully functioning joycons, am I just lucky or have the manufacturing issues been ironed out?

Dock is still curved though...

Still got a bum one, but I got a shipping label from Nintendo yesterday. Got another set that works perfectly, so no skin off my ass.

I bought a launch unit switch with the left joycons that constantly disconnects when used wirelessly.

Never got around to sending it in for repair bc I would either be playing in portable mode or using my pro controller.

With ARMS testpumch tmrw I'm kicking myself bc I read some people thinking motion controls will be the best method of play.

I might send it in after this weekend.

Anybody else still got a bum joycon to send in.

I literally mailed it out on Monday and had them back Thursday this week. Definitely recommend especially since you have a pro controller.

Wow. That might have been the most painless customer service experience ever. 6 minutes flat on the phone, no runaround, a few simple questions, expedited shipping. As I type this, my shipping label was emailed to me.
