Are left-handed people more "creative" / "talented" than righties?

I took that left hand right hand painter quiz and got 70% right brain. Reading all the stuff on these sites pretty much falls right in line with my usual patterns. I'm right brain almost all the time. This explains why writing essays and stuff is so difficult for me. I know what I want and need to say, and I know what it means, but I don't know how to get there! Perhaps photography is the only place I can reconcile my right and left brain patterns.

I think the stats are something like only 15-20% of lefties right using the "overhand" style.

I guess I'm overhand ... though it isn't quite that dramatic.

I'd have to take a video of it though, cause neither of those accurately demonstrate how I write.

I'm a lefty but I don't think I'm very creative or talented.
As for the writing, um..I'm neither of those. I'm like regular, except the bottom of my hand is placed flat on what I'm writing on. What's that called? Freak? :lol

Well, maybe I can describe it..I'm getting weird responses from people.

Put the bottom of your left hand (pinky, etc) flat onto a table.
Put the pen between thumb and index finger.
Curl the ringfinger and pinky, putting the pen in front of the top bendy part of ringfinger and onto table.
Put middle finger on top of the pen over the ringfinger (if the pen wasn't there, the middle finger would be on top of the ringfinger).
Put index finger next to middle finger.
Put thumb over index fingernail.
Write.

That's what I do.

It works!

I am left handed.

I would starve if I had to use my right hand to eat...its like a mental block bringing the food to my mouth.
I throw right handed...just seems more natural to me...but I can bat switch easily.

I have always heard that lefties are more talented but havent really seen it in action though....

a little trivia:

Latin word for right is DEXTER

Latin word for left is SINISTER

Most prehistoric tools were made for ambidextrous humans, suggesting that left handed people are a dying breed...and that nature will eventually breed us out of existence.
