What's the time difference between the American Revolution and the Civil War? I mean they were pretty close weren't they?

We should get a rendition of the star spangled banner in this gameIf you really want to reduce it to a dick-measuring contest, the American revolution has plenty of interesting events, factions, etc.
-The Tea Act/The Boston Tea Party
-Loyalists v. Revolutionaries
-"Common Sense" by Thomas Paine
-Women acting as spies and couriers for the Revolution
-Deborah Samson fighting in the war, disguised as a man
-The Battle of Bunker Hill, where something like 800 British soldiers died
-Revolutionaries stealing gunpowder and other supplies from British forts
-Crossing the Delaware on Christmas to fuck some Hessian shit up
-Battle of Saratoga
edit - god damn, that's a cover
lol, it looks nice but this is literally Ezio just pasted into another scenario.
Why? RD:R takes place nearly 140 years later and like a thousand miles away from this game's setting.

Interesting. Where I'm from we do learn about our History but I think that's because we've always been the "victims" (from the Spanish, British, Americans, etc) but our history is truly boring, being a slave in this period, being a slave in that period, other countries fighting and the winner gets us, etc
I guess that's why they teach us a lot of history from other countries, since ours is really pathetic and boring.

oh, i didn't want to turn it into a dick measuring
it's just that my knowledge of the american revolution is like...some people threw tea in the harbor, then there was a bunch of fighting, then the british lost
Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but both pieces of art so far have the 13-star flag, so my immediate observation would be that the game takes place /during/ the revolution rather than in the run up to it, since the 13 star flag wasn't adopted until 1777.

Since when is a stalemate a loss?
Consider for a drop in ego, maybe. It's still not a loss.
Yeah I know, it's just the pose, look of the upper body etc. Sure it makes sense cause it's an Assassin's Creed but sometimes you'd wish they'd be a little more bold.To a degree, but what else would it be? It's sort of established that Assassins are dudes wearing white. Plus, it doesn't have all the fancy red finery that Ezio had.

No it isn't. Gameplay is becoming stale in the series, a change-up should be good for it. The first AC didn't have amazing architecture either, so I don't see why people really care.
