Are you sure you're not accidentally (well not accidentally) getting the 11 or 21 block bonuses? You can only have 1 of the three, and having a higher one takes precedence over the lower one.

Oh hey, that explains why I never seem to get the 7% one.

On a side note. I just did X Japan's Orgasm (Last Live) version. 18 mins, 292 traffic congestion, and the whole path was just red and orange. Ended up with a silver medal and a score of 381,001. Never again... my eyes are so blurry I am positive I didn't blink once during that damn song.

I had the demo then bought the game also; I had to restart steam in order for it to realize that I was playing the full version not the demo.
