If you also have an AU Amazon account, you can always buy Amazon gift credit and email it to yourself to redeem on your US account. It may then still require a credit card to be on file (with a US address) but it never actually uses or checks it assuming you have sufficient Amazon credit. I've been using this method for US PSN credit and digital PC games and it works fine.

Anyone with an XBone who doesn't have Titanfall - you can get the Deluxe edition including all DLC for only $15 on XBL at the moment.

The discount is 75% and the regular edition is down from $100 to $25, but the Deluxe edition is coming up as $60 down to $15. Not sure if it's a mistake but it's a great deal!
