Avengers: Infinity War Day One

It would make me so happy if the Stan Lee cameo in Infinity War Part II is actually the post-credits sequence.

And in that sequence, it's revealed through heavy implication that he is the MCU version of The Watcher.

Nah. He has to have a proper role as The Watcher. Give him a legit purpose.

Is there any reliable source starting how much rdj is getting paid for the two infinity war movies?

I'm thinking 100 million for both

Please have the Black Order.

The Avengers have to fight another Super Team at some point in this series, yes?

That'll be the second film, probably. Thanos needs a team of heavies to throw at the Avengers/GOTG whilst he goes Gem hunting.

Not sure which existing characters he could use besides Loki and Dormammu, though.

The man is 94 and is only just now cutting back on the convention circuit where he still meets and talks with fans.

Jeez.

I was mostly joking. Also, 94?! I don't want him being the Watcher or w/e for the sake of his health now, christ.

Take note, WB.

This is how you put out a hype video for your team up movie without showing anything. Marvel gets it.

I still expect Avengers 3 and 4 are more closely tied together than Avengers 1 and 2.

This has to be the case, right? Avengers 3 & 4 come out 1yr after one another.

For 500$ a person, from what I've heard.

Depends on what you're doing. My fiancee and I did a photo op with him at Rhode Island Comic-Con and he was super nice and it was about $100.

(The guys who ran the photo op were absolutely awful though, to the point where RICC had to issue a statement saying they would not be working with them again.)

The best way to describe them is that Avengers 3 and 4 are like Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi...they're part of a continued saga, but designed to stand by themselves and be watched separately. There won't be a cliffhanger with "to be continued" at the end.

Kang is tied up in FF rights.
Ah

The real villain of the MCU is goddamn fox

The way he said "culmination" really brings a chill because this was years and years of planning and big picture. I can't believe we're practically here.

Have another Civil War within Infinity War. BWONG!

The marathon that some cinemas will hold for this will be brutal.

The one for Age of Ultron was 29 hours!

Personally I'd rather see a really well edited video of all the teases from the movies before the premier.

The collective stink of two hundred nerds must be incredible at those things.

I don't see how people do those things.

The longest I ever did was a marathoned the 3 extended edition of the Lord of the Rings films with a buddy and even that, for how fun it was, was still exhausting.

I guess there are worse means of self-flagellation?

I guess?

To think the MCU reaching this point seemed impossible even with the Nick Fury name drop at the end of the first Iron Man.
What a great nerdy dream to come true.

Now if we got a shirtless scene featuring the 3 Chris' that would be magical.

Marvel has never been shy about amping up the sex appeal of their male actors. Hell I think almost every one of their films have had one of these dudes shirtless flexing at least once. I'm sure you'll get some of these guys rocking a shirtless scene in Infinity War. Hell the way some of this concept art looks it might even be Thanos

Aww yeah, Avengers: Magic Mike edition incoming.
Not sure about Thanos though, even if he did look chill with his casual look.

I don't understand how anyone can volunteer to go to these marathons. I did the Star Wars one for TFA and it was actually a nightmare. Fell asleep for 3/7 movies, sat in a shitty ass chair, and out of my will to survive drank enough Coke to kill a small child. I figured It's a rare chance to see 4/5/6 on the big screen so it would be worth it, it wasn't.

I'm pretty sure being shirtless in at least one scene is a part of all male star contracts from Marvel.

The even put some muscle on Paul Rudd

That looks like his head is photoshopped on his body
