Verdun is there for that semi-realism, this is just going for the spectacle like every Battlefield game ever.

And I don't mean it in a bad way, just saying.

Yeah I mean you can be mad at the game playing more or less like Battlefield but to see a AAA game even be set in the WW1 setting, I think it'll at least make people more aware of that period of history more than anything else.

I was one of the people that wasn't happy about hearing what the setting for this game was going to be but this gameplay honestly sold me. I'd still prefer a modern Battlefield game with graphics like this but this is looking to be really solid.

Anyone know if the planes have been showing to be able to do loops or aileron rolls? I haven't seen any plane gampelay showing anyone doing this, just regular banking to turn.

I really really hope we have complete control over our planes unlike Battlefront, where it made doing loops and rolls something you had to use a bloody cooldown based "hotkey" to do.

i don't know how to react to BF1, i mean it looks great and it's a new experience for me since i never played a WW1 MP game, but i feel like the gameplay is boring, i was hoping the gunplay would be like Bad company 2, however the map design reminds me of Bad company 2 which is awesome, no more useless large buildings that you can't destroy like in BF3\4, i want to see some Rush mode videos since it's my personal fav
