I don't get the hype for GRAW, it's as if fancy graphics have made people forget about the shitfests that were every single GR game on Xbox and especially PS2. BF2 not only looks better to me but has proven superior gameplay.

Honestly, I don't get the hype with military games in general, but I enjoy making fun of BF2 using the word GRAW in inventive new ways. You could call it a past time.

I believe BF2 MC got pushed back to mid April now. EA backing off because of the GRAW hype? They don't want their Xbox port compared to next gen masterpiece head to head anymore.

They arent the same type of fps. I bet you most people on GAF minus the xbots well have more fun with Modern Combat since its easy to get into and online play is superb(needs xbox live). Comparing it to BF2 pc is very unfair as they are completely different games.

Does BF2MC have 16 player co-op? I didn't think so! GRAW seems to have a ton of variables for its online component. I think it will do just fine. UBI pushes Xbox Live more than EA does.

I'm not a big fan of BF2MC on Xbox, though. So I'm not too interested in the X360 port.

You might put Burnout over Far Cry. Sure it's a port but it's looking to be a pretty solid one. I know I'll be getting it.

Why would 'Xbots' prefer GRAW? Both GRAW and MC are multi-platform titles that are developed by separate teams for the PC and console versions.

I forgot about burnout ...but yea cmon i saw the trailer and it seems like jsut another EA cash in port to me. Graphics are just a little bit better than last gen.

(and yet still looks better than alot of stuff i have seen on 360 so i will get it )

There ya go! They actually did that with the PS2 and Xbox versions last fall. It was a one level online multiplayer demo, and people ate it up. The demo had a huge community of people totally wrapped up in that one level for a solid month.

Coop is the usual excuse to try and call a game good around here. For online gaming the quality of play matters, something which is severely lacking in console gaming. GRAW just wont compare to Modern combat in that area which features 12 vs 12 gameplay(coop and vs rolled into one).

Oh, so the games let it down? Like to point out all of the games that have let it down? I've been on XBL since the beginning and haven't experienced many problems at all.

Anyone who has a pc is going to have an internet connection if they want to get any use out it. Most people who only have a console might have a hard time justifying the price of a broadband connection just to play games online. I really doubt it has anything to do with quality. And I haven't exactly had any problems finding games on XBL.
