Got my Skell, at long last.

I decided to embrace the anime rather than fight it. Based my character off Kyosuke from SRW and named him Beowulf.

Close enough for now. Need a heavier mech to match the Alteisen though.

I'm surprised I haven't posted my skell yet, but here is Yellow Jacket. The Inferno skell's are my favourite series, as they remind me of the bulkier mecha's from an old 1980's mecha anime in which that series chunky giant robots could have existed in our own world. I WISHED I could remember the name, but alas.

None of the presets are exact matches with other characters - although things like hair might be shared, I think the faces themselves are unique.

Correct. I don't remember the mission, though...

Anyway, I have a Skell now, so this is my new look/skell.

BTW, the ramjet rifle is pretty amazing.

I stole Lin's top(of course she was in other armor prior, and at first I didn't even realize it was hers because I was just checking what would look nice on my character in the Fashion Gear thing) for my character and that makes me feel really creepy, but hey, at least I look cool, right?

I've sunk well over 120 hours into this game and still havent beat it. Spending too much time doing side quests, doing affinity quests and just enjoying the overall atmosphere of the world. At lvl 56 and just beat Chapter 10.

It definitely has its flaws, but goddamn I am loving every minute of this game.

Here's my avatar, Canis. I've basically just been rocking variations of the same outfit for the past 40 hours - kinda feeling like a coat-less Adam Jensen look as far as gear goes. I'm not a fan of overdone armor so the fashion gear toggle is greatly appreciated.

Also just got to level 30, which means...

SKELL TIME. Meet Fenrir. As soon as the others catch up I'm gonna get everyone their own skell so we can completely annihilate any remnant of challenge this game has left.

Also yes, I did stick a helmet on Lin the instant I got her. Oddly enough, it's been long enough with it on that at this stage I can't really envision her any other way.
