Best exclusive console franchises.

Which console genealogy boasts the best exclusive game series? Which of those series would you label the best? Do you like dem sweet JRPGs? Party games? Shooters?

Most of these series are very old - which ones got through to you? Why? At what age? At what vulnerable time in your life?

Mario, Gears and Halo are the ones I play every game on release day. Banjo I would too but they don't release any more game

Correct me if I'm wrong as they are not franchises I care much about but how is KH and FF Exclusive to PS?
I mean as far as I know FF VII remake is the only one not on Xbox One, and KH3 is on both platforms as well.

nintendo - def the main like madio

Sony - older gen def Crash Bandicoot. Current gen I'd say Uncharted

Xbox - used to be Halo...now I am struggling for a current gen one
 
Looking at this list, I have to go with Nintendo personally.
On Xbox I LOVE Forza, on PS I love the Uncharted Games and the new God of War.. but if I looked at which has the most games I enjoy playing.. easily Nintendo.

Halo is my GOAT. Has been since 2002 and I'll always buy the console that has the next Halo game.

I guess my only other weakness is Nintendo flagship games. Mario and Zelda specifically.
 
The Legend of Zelda is my favorite console exclusive franchise of all time, bar none. So of course, that gets my Nintendo vote.

For Sony, I will have to say God of War. Though it did not truly reach this status until the most recent release in 2018.

For XBox, I dunno. Gears has always been the most enjoyable to me for what they still have going on. I want tonsay Fable, because I love all three games, but they have since abandoned the franchise. I would also be lying if I said Fable's quality was not on a decline with each new game.
 
Halo, killer instinct , forza, gears for Xbox
God of war, last of us for PlayStation
Zelda, mario kart (i hate mario game except this one) and smash bros for Nintendo.

Tekken is not exclusive since the 360 era....
 
For PlayStation, it's God of War, Uncharted, and Infamous as the best. God of war is special to me. My dad bought me the first game on PS2 when I was 15 and I must have played it 20 times

Maybe just do First Part Studios since those are always exclusive and then add in the occasional company that only made games for one console like Quantic Dreams.
 
In all fairness to Recore, I imagined it in pitch to be this third person Metroid type adventure, back tracking and puzzles etc

But then they were given a budget of £15.30 and told to do their best.

Control does this way better and they have certainly not so large publisher behind them.

Control is an odd case. It came at a time I was snowed under with games, it's still full price everywhere and I keep getting this promise of it coming to gamepass.
It's like i want it, but at the same time, I feel I should wait.

It's not going to be on GamePass for next half a year, since it's on PS Now and Sony has marketing "rights" for that. They even had aexlusive season pass, without any content exlusive to PS platform.
 
Uncharted for sure. Nathan Drake has had an amazing character arc. I really feel like they improved each game, and Uncharted 4 is an amazing last ride.
 
Playstation: Until Dawn + Bloodborne

PC: RTS and moba games, lol (for pretty obvious reasons)

Xbox: Halo and Gears, though I was hardcore into Halo and sucked at Gears, just really enjoyed the atmosphere of the first game, and just like Diablo slowly became more and more lighter and went away from their original dark and moody atmosphere which kind of ruined it for me. I remember encountering a berserker with my friend in co-op and I crapped my pants, the damn thing was intimidating. The only thing that scares me in Gears 5 is the protagonist's "Let me talk to your manager"'s hairstyle

I got GR2 límited edition japanese. I know that but support it make me feel happy. Not matter what I love every aspect of Gravity Rush and im so happy support in many aspects
 
Uncharted, Siren, Syphon Filter and Infamous are amazing franchises for me, so Sony.

SF as a kid, Gabe Logan shooting terrorists everywhere.

Siren in highschool, getting scared and shooting monsters.

Uncharted and Infamous at college, fun games.
