I bought the Goty edition on PC.
And i want to get the best experience possible with the game.
Graphical wise, Ui Wise and gameplay Wise is there's any.
Name the best addons and the must have addons to play The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt.

The only must-have mod is FriendlyHUD. Makes it possible and viable to play without a HUD and removes a lot of the cumbersome inventory annoyances in regards to alchemy (bombs, potions, oils etc).

I played it vanilla, there they made some huge changes in terms of the UI and various QoL stuff in patches. The game is mind blowing in a graphical sense already, it really is stunning, on PC at least.

The mod where you can play Gwent instead of actually fighting enemies was both hilarious and also incredible. You have to like Gwent of course.

Got 25 mods installed via NMM, just gonna list my faves

All quest objectives on map
Autoloot (very configurable, no stealing/herbs only etc)
Disable intro/storybook videos (reduces load times)
Fast travel from anywhere
Friendlyhud (hud elements appear only when needed, inventory tweaks too)
Galloping in cities
Gear improvements last longer (usually set to half a day/full day)
Immersive cam (over the shoulder and other stuff)
Immersive AI (less ai jank)
Immersive meditation (time-lapse style effect, prefer it to friendlyhud's version)
Main menu video replacement (I love the beautiful world trailer)
No dirty lens effect
No fall damage
No witcher sense effects + double range + toggle (I dont get sick but its needlessly distorted and holding the button down gets annoying)
Open menu during dialogue and cutscenes
Remove screen water dropets/mud

I dont mind durability/inventory limits, but at higher levels its less of an issue anyway

I also play with a controller, probably use a lot more if I used KB+M

Remove weight limit and durability.
Fully agree, these two mods are essential for me. Don't find either inventory management nor weapon repairing to be fun.

The other two mods I used were Zero Fall Damage (annoying to die by accidentally falling down somewhere, Gerald's kind of fragile) and Fast Travel Anywhere (careful with this one, don't use it during quests where you're locked in etc, or it'll screw things up).

I've got

Script Merger
Fast Travel from Anywhere.
Witcher 2 Potion Duration.
HD Reworked Project
Realistic Weather.
Tradesmen
Weight Limit Mod
Full EXP From Quests
Slots Slots Slots (have extra skill slots)

And if you want to play the game a little more uncensored there are a few adult mods too.

This. Man weight limit should have be never been there after playing without it. It isn't even like it breaks the game but more makes the economy actually work.

Ever since the patch that reduces most item weights to zero, I haven't had much of a problem. Just don't pick up every weapon or piece of armor and you'll be fine.

I agree that Dark Souls' method is preferable (you can pick up everything, only the weight of equipped items makes a difference) but CDPR would have had to really adjust the economy or drop tables to compensate

I didn't realize they did it. I originally beat it at launch but just recently purchased it for pc and immediately installed that mod when I saw it was there. Glad they addressed it.

Oh the other mod I liked made all quests give full xp. On mobile or else I would look it up. Makes it worth it to do all quests vs clearing grays just because they are there.

I can't seem to get it to work, causes script errors at startup.

Absolute Camera:

Installed it to use the exploration camera (in other words, besides combat and horse riding) to look like an over the shoulder camera similar to RE4 / Gears of War.

Looks way more "cinematic" to me, looking at Geralt from so far away always looked "wrong" to me, not sure why.

Don't suppose you could share your X/Y/Z settings for Exploration?

-all quest objectives on map
-auto apply oils
-fast travel from anywhere
-HD texture mod

and optionally STLM lightning mod if you like it aesthetically

This looks great, stop working when you get into combat?

Exactly, as soon as combat starts, the camera pans out to the vanilla viewpoint.

Don't have it anymore, sorry, but it's basically trial and error, X/Y/Z are mathematically correct but not very user friendly, I agree.
PS: here's an old screenshot of how it looks like:

There are a lot of great mods out there but the most essential for the overall enjoyment of the game is the weight limit removal mod. Do yourself a favor and install it above all else.

Any mods that improve combat?

There are a few mods that make every attack take stamina and make attacks (both from you and enemies) more deadly. Check out W3EE. It still does not turn it into Dark Souls but it does make combat a bit more interesting. I would recommend it after playing the game with vanilla combat enough rather than just put it on right from the start.

I don't feel that weight limit removal and durability mod are necessary. All removing weight limit would do is you can get money for all those crappy swords faster and durability is largely a non issue as quite quickly you'll start having enough repair items. I think the durability also adds an aspect to the gameplay as like a proper witcher you need to be prepared before going into combat.

Having quests that are below your level give XP is a good mod though. Since most of the quests have good story to them they are worth doing but it's nice to get a few more levels from them and not have to consider in which order you want to do them.
