Xbone CPU is clocked 9.37% higher than PS4 CPU, so it should be 107/98 dancers. Xbone has 6 more dancers than it should = more efficient.

... so I guess the answer is no

The discrepancy is due to the Xbone's hidden dCPU (Dancer CPU) in the powerbrick.

How horribly unoptimized is Bink video if the differences between a GPU with 5.6 TF of compute and one with 1.8 TF of compute only offers a 12.5% decode difference?
