I just sold my used launch Series X w/ no games two days ago for $350. I thought I was giving them a really good deal but now I kinda feel bad for them

CDKeys is at $12.49 right now. Instant Gaming has them for $10.82. The price has actually jumped a bunch once it was announced that Gold was being rebranded. Prior to the rebranding, 3-month codes were under $9.00.

that's what i did, bought the D1 edition for 30 euros from Amazon - it's a free upgrade to the PS5 version so...

Phantom liberty did its trick, demand for the (base) game skyrocketed since its release - i remember that CP2077 could be bought for 15-17 Euros or thereabouts a few months ago (disc version).

Yeah, prices have jumped up for now after the revamp. Might wait for next year on it to avoid having to use one of those dreaded disks. LOL

For the console it depends on your country. For the games, astro bot is included with the console and is very good. For your others games, TLOU if you have yet to play them, Returnal if you like shooters and good music in games. I recently finished Spiderman 2 and I would recomend but between this and GOW Ragnarok it will depend on your tastes. Both are amazing but for different reasons.

I got $450 for mine + an extra controller back in August 😳 I realized I hadn’t really touched the thing all year so I opted to get a dedicated UHD BR player instead

I‘ve been using the Steam Deck and now recently the ROG Ally in place of it, I really only miss the Series X for the enhanced BC at this point (I might get one again eventually down the road just for that)

I bought into XSX back when graphics cards prices were insane and my PC couldn't handle the new Halo. In the interim time, I've acquired both a 3070 and a Series S. I was lucky with the S, I was looking for new controllers and found two with the system for $150 used -a marginal thirty bucks. I never would have bought this thing new for full price, but coming upon one made it really easy to lose the X later. I still get the convenient Xbox UI on a TV, ability to drop an extra Halo player, streaming box, and low power GP stuff like 360 BC, Sea of Stars etc.

Thing is all big Xbox games are better on PC anyway. Halo, Starfield. So the X got really pointless. May as well pocket hundreds and retain access to my legacy Xbox library with the one that actually fits under my TV stand. Screw it. The whole time I'm also playing Switch btw lol.
