I just woke up to say RIP |OT2|

AWESOME THREAD!

He should become the company's mascot.

Haha thats true.
but i didnt mean he appears in Bloodborne but theres a character who does pretty much what patches does in the souls games.
Which is
pushing you off a ledge. Hes at Nightmare Frontier. Im pretty sure hes not human aswell

Who are you referring to?

At
nightmare frontier. Near the bridge at the lantern, theres an item near there where if you try to pick it up the first time a cutscene will play and the will push you off. Hes probably an npc you meet later you dont see its face but it has spider like legs.
he is voiced as well so its a male.

Hoping to kill D
arkbeast Paarl
and T
he One Reborn
today. Spent hours yesterday farming for echoes after killing
Rom
. Currently am at level 83.
beat them both at level 66, sword in 1 hand mode for
paarl
and Axe in 2 handed mode charging swings for the other.
Paarl
took me two tries since I tried using the axe the first time. beat the other on the first try

EDIT: Oops didnt realize I quoted back into OT2, sorry

One last post in OT 2, finsihed the Deflied chalice yesterday, man those conditions make it insanely hard. Finished Lower Loran as well, but it was easy compared to Defiled.

Finished Layer 1 of
Great Ihyll Pthumerian Chalice
i believe this is the one with
the trophy
its got a depth of 5.

Is it possible to share the code to run it?

Has anyone figured out how coop actually works in regard to level ranges, etc?

It was always 10 levels + 10% but last night when playing with a friend my health was constantly being scaled down whenever I played with him. Granted, I was ten levels above him but it was in range.

So I just beat
Rom
and man that fight was crazy. Died a few times and some of them just felt downright unfair.

I was so lucky. Failed on my first 2 attempts. Third try, I just went straight for him and ignored
the spiders
. There must have been 50-100 of them by the end. I don't know how I managed to kill him.

I did the same. You can kill them easily if your attack doesn't hit their head first but there are just too many to deal with. What I ended up doing was baiting Rom to use his area blast then running in for a stab and repeating, all the while keeping tabs of any spiders that may have launched in the air.

Wow, just got to (optional area, 5+ bosses in)

Cainhurst. Or at least the outside courtyards it appears. These jumping spider women are DESTROYING me. Had a pretty easy time for a while now. Using Blades of Mercy +9, lvl 61 with your standard vit/end/skill. Any tips? For the area as well, but spoilers to a reasonable minimum please.

Classic "Complain about it on GAF and go untouched through the entire area next attempt."

That tonitrus though... crazy good weapon, have it at +9. Sprint+r1 covers a lot of ground and is my go-to opener for stunning trash mobs. does crazy damage when charged, will probably be the first weapon I +10. The only annoying thing about it is the durability.

Staying clear of spoilers and such, but i just have one question

I just got to

Ioseka fight
after defeating
The Witch

How much do i have left? I don't want the game to end lol

Weird... today I'm right next to the boss place and nobody seems to enter to help me lol

It is the first time... I crossed all the path and killed everything waiting somebody enters in my world.

Who was that NPC standing outside Cathedral Ward saying something about not touching her pray? I'm pretty sure I had already killed that Blunderbuss NPC before I noticed her, and now she's disappeared. Did I fuck that up?

wait it stuns? I was trying it out on some mobs (+3) and the swings dont seem to stun (least not on the bag guys and cathedral enemies with sticks

Did they have a Crow mask on? If so it was Eileen the Crow. She should have help you with the NPC.

I'm a fan of it as well, currently at +5 or so. Charge mode is strong even now. I love R1, L1 thrust combo.

I asked this earlier and didn't get an answer but is there a positive to the higher difficulty that comes from having lots of insight? Should I let my insight get high or should I try to spend it on armor to keep the difficulty down?

EDIT: Shit, sorry. I'll post in the new thread.

Literally waiting to post my cheese strat for abhorrent beast in ot3 :P

edit:
