We picked up A Touch of Evil, but didn't play it yet. I'm not a terrible fan of the photo-real art. The characters look like nerd friends. Still, the game ought to be good.
Yeah Arkham Horror setup is a bitch; I usually just set it up myself before getting anyone together as taking time to set it up can be a real buzzkill (although I don't personally mind it).
A lot of people have been "hating" on Touch of Evil for its look, even though they apparently love its gameplay. I have to say I don't mind the corniness at all even though it's not quite as suited to ToE as it was to LNoE.
Anybody here ever played the Age of Empires III board game? On a whim, I just picked it up at lunch, having read positive impressions on BoardGameGeek. I've just recently started getting into the board game hobby recently, so there's little rhyme or reason going into what I'm buying.
I've only played it once, but I like it quite a bit. My only caveat would be that it doesn't seem to be a great two-player game, but that's just something I always specifically look for.
