Huge ass with cellulite but not too much or too little and then I need a spell that will keep the bitch that same size because you know if she is that fat in her 20s she gonna be tree fiddy by 35.

Have you heard the theory about WHY some women have big meaty thighs and glutes? Its agriculture. Before folks had access to horses and donkeys, the plow was dragged by THE WOMAN, while the man held it upright. So agrarian societies evolved for women to have muscular legs and the men more upper body strength.

So I think a phat ass (that isn't just flabby fat and cellulite) is more an indicator of a peasant agrarian ancestry. Africa not required, really.

Then why have the majority of white women I've seen in nearly 52 years not had a round booty? Very few I've seen have had some roundness.

How many are pulling a plow? If you do nothing to grow it, then nothing will grow. Though it seems you are referring to women that store fat in their thighs/butt versus belly, rather than muscle growth, that probably does have a genetic predisposition but I'm not sure it can be traced back to being solely African (and sub-saharan africa at that). There is a specific genetic fat deposition syndrome that is more prevalent in certain African populations (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steatopygia -slightly NSWF link) but I think a genetic anthropologist (or whatever those folks are called) would say that some populations LOST that storage (possibly due to breeding with other human species no found in Africa?) while some retained it, rather than it evolving in Africa after the diaspora umpteen thousands of years ago and only now being reseeded across the world.

There are hormonal triggers for it as well that may be more present in some demographics due to diet/lifestyle.

Also possible that you just got a keen eye for specific booty :P
