The range in 2-3-4 all have their advantages.

But I need to know height. I'd probably take #2 as the best but moreso if she's close to 5', anything in the range around 5'2" is optimal female height.

I'm assuming 5'4" for #2. It's the average height in the US for women.

I choose 2, 3, 4, 6. If I had nothing else to eat, I would settle for 1 and 5, but there is very little meat there.

I'd put 1 over 5 but I've seen a version of this pic with the same images just spaced a bit farther apart where 5 looks petite instead of a waif.
