Speaking of local wing places, anyone know of a place for Dallas that isn't Pluckers? Not that it's bad... but I've had it plenty of times and want to know if there's anything else.

I'm guessing everyone saying "go local" has never lived in the middle of nowhere where chain places are the only option.

That's my predicament. There's good local pizza but only one local pizza place has wings and it's all bad. Everything they serve is bad.

Last time I went to bdubs I made a mistake and got the boneless wings. Tasted like chicken nuggets. I want it to be good since I stopped in for ufc 182 and the atmosphere was amazing. Too bad it was too crowded to eat. They will get one more shot from me.

I live near Cypress & Pluckers is about half an hour away not counting traffic.

Pluckers is the true answer here. I live about 10 minutes away and eat there whenever there is a big sporting event. Amazing wings.

But between BWW and WS -- BWW is the winner.

Damned right it is. I also love the garlic parmesan. They also offer some kind of cajun flavor but well Ive never had that and everyone hee knows what authentic cajun food is like and it aint from a wingery.

People need to be more specific about local places with good wings. Give us a name and location so we can check it out if we are in the area. For example Buffalo Joes in Evanston near Chicago is amazing and I still have dreams about that place. Wings are great, waffle fries with cheese sauce are great, they do a good hamburger covered in wing sauce, and oh man my favorite was their fried mushrooms.

But I don't live there anymore so I need a good place to go to in LA.
