"It's great to see all these people out here getting disappointed. I love it," he says with a grin, waving his hands over his humble subjects.

King Muschamp reigns supreme over the beauty of Rocky Top for another year. Chills of an ode to the old King Joffrey stands as a reminder of Muschamp's reigning terror, however the Purple Wedding may very well roll into town when the Tigers drain the swamp.

Welcome to College Football Week 7.

Top 25 Recap:

1. Florida State (27) - Struggled early against a powerful Wake Forest, but eventually got their shit together to put on the first blow-out of the season. Congrats on actually covering the spread for the first time in a half-dozen games.
2. Oregon (13) - Lost to the PAC-12 powerhouse of Arizona. Marcus is still classy as fuck, though.
3. Alabama (13) - Lost to the new kid on the block, Ole Miss. As we speak, Nick Saban is currently conferring with Satan on their deal, which never constituted a loss to the Rebels.
4. Oklahoma (7) - Lost to TCU because chaos.
5. Auburn - Blew out LSU. Shocker.
6. Texas A&M - Good guy A&M got down on their knees and gave the glory to Mississippi State, allowing the state of Mississippi to be relevant in college football for the first time in history.
7. Baylor - Blew out Charley Strong High School.
8. UCLA - Utah uses its 1-per-season major upset card to down the Bruins. However, the Bruins still have this.
9. Notre Dame - Beat a decent Stanford team, despite not playing Stanford football. All eyes are now on October 18th when they take on the Noles.
10. Michigan State - Beat Nebraska to be the front-runner in the B1G and only hope to have a B1G team in the playoff.
11. Ole Miss - Katy Perry lead the charge against the Tide, leaving Nick Saban Teenage Dreamin'.
12. Mississippi State - Beat A&M. They will likely be in the Top 10. They have a legitimate shot at an SEC title. And they have a Heisman candidate in runningback Dak Prescott. Who would've thought.
13. Georgia - Beat Vandy.
14. Stanford - Didn't play Stanford football and lost to solely Lou Holtz.
15. LSU - Show me on the doll where Auburn touched you.
16. USC - I don't know if this is Southern California or South Carolina, because either way they both suck and both lost on last-second plays.
17. Wisconsin - Wiscy dick strikes again.
18. BYU - Lost to Utah State. When was the last time Utah and Utah State both beat ranked teams in the same weekend? Utah and Mississippi should get together and have a party.
19. Nebraska - Got Sparty'd.
20. Ohio State - Beat B1G powerhouse Maryland, celebrated with a pizza party.
21. Oklahoma State - Beat Iowa State.
22. East Carolina - Beat SMU, continuing to demolish teams. ECU in the playoff, book it.
23. Kansas State - Beat Texas Tech. Kliff Kingsbury still remains physically flawless.
24. Missouri - Beat BYE.
25. TCU - Beat Oklahoma, disappointing Jim Ross in the process.

Clemson left out of the AP Poll? Dafuq? In favor of who, Utah?

edit: I see, they're #26.
Makes sense.

So I was looking at the coaches poll for last week. USC wasn't even ranked, as opposed to being No. 16 in the AP poll. Why the vast difference?

EDIT: Whoops...I mean this week, not last week.
EDIT 2: IGNORE THIS POST, lol The page I was on auto-refereshed when I wasn't looking

Lets go Penn St

Michigan has 16 seasons where they reached 5 losses, We could make it 17. Currently 5 of the 16 came since 2008, could make it 6 of the 17 since 2008.

This is the first time since 1967 that they started 0-2 in conference play.

1. Arkansas receiving votes is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen.

2. After yesterday's happenings I want to go to Katy Perry's concert tonight to support her awesomeness.

You should change your name to the Georgia Gurleys.

It's a thought. I mean, the only thing to really know about our offense is that he's going to get the ball and do whatever he wants against whoever we're playing. The only thing that stops him is when they give him a breather. I'm not sure why we have a QB. Just direct snap to him every time. He can even pass if he needs to.

No Cougin It in the thread title? Missed opportunity. Not only did everyone Coug It, the Cougs Couged It like It's never been Couged before.

Yesterday is a testament to why the college gridiron regular season is still the best out there.

The states of Arizona and Mississippi did real work this past week. I hope those 4 schools don't have let down games.

If this AP poll isn't evidence of the SEC echo chamber, I don't know what is. If what's happened in the SEC happened in any other conference everyone would call it a down year. A&M gets dismantled and they're still highly ranked. Alabama plays the first actual team on their schedule, loses, and drops four spots while Mississippi vaults into the top 5. Arizona an undefeated team beats the number two team in the country, still ranked lower than Michigan state. Ridiculous.

The mere fact that Kentucky is somehow getting votes, bear in mind they lost to JEFF DRISKEL, for doing nothing but beating an unranked South Carolina team is hilarious.

already saw an article implying that this weekend made the pac12 look bad.

it's not the deepest conference, no, no.

I'm hoping the ACC circle of suck turns in our favor and Duke can beat Paul Johnson's GT for once.

At least Kentucky has won conference games. Arkansas is just hanging out getting SECSEC votes for no reason.

Stanford lost to USC, how are they still ranked?

The Winner of Oregon bs UCLA will be a top 10 team. The loser might be low 20s at best.

Taking A&M to OT is probably more impressive than anything Kentucky has done.

Neither team has any business getting votes regardless.

Boy, yesterday was fun.

Katy Perry is now the official mascot of the College Football Apocalypse.

Meanwhile, I got to watch the Florida-Tennessee game, which might have been one of the most soul-suckingly boring games known to man. I'll take that W to the bank but, jesus christ, Florida football is a snooze fest. It's like any hype that would have been there just up and left to go to every other game in College Football that day.

To be fair, the SEC West has been the deepest division for years and Arizona is Arizona. They get the benefit of the doubt after years of consistent success.

Hope Mississippi enjoys top 4 status until Auburn kills them next week. I'll be doing the same thing until we play FSU in two weeks, god I hope ND doesn't get blown out.
