I'm surprised nobody said Johnny Quest done by Naughty Dog. I don't even care for the Uncharted series but it's one of the first ones I thought of.

Dipper, Mabel, Wendy, Soos, and Stan. Probably in that order--perhaps swapping Dipper and Mabel, or Wendy and Soos. Could be a story shown from five perspectives that doesn't properly come into focus until you have all the pieces.
