It's a dick move on Capcom's part for people who did not finish it, and OP chose to be their satellite while recognizing it's a weird move.

Yep, he looks more or less in line with Chris' model from REmake. He was never going to look like RE5/6 Chris as the director of RE7 made it relatively clear that he didn't like the superhero/tank version of Chris that appeared in those games.

Fucked up spoiler my dude, I was nice and warned people in the OT but you needed everyone to know. Could've gone with "Not a hero dlc main character spoiler"
As a fan, I just don't see how it can be that minor. I have a like-minded friend who says me getting this spoiled is a real bummer. I'll still finish it this weekend as I planned, but yeah it does ruin it a bit.

Neat DLC though - haven't been very interested in the offerings thus far, at least not at full price, but I'll definitely give this a look

Does it say main game anywhere in that title? The DLC is about Chris, so Chris's name is going to be in a thread title about the DLC.

I agree, Capcom made the dick move, but since you recognized it as such, it was a bad move to relay the info to us like that, IMO. Ruins some of my enjoyment of the game, but I'll live.

I don't mind it Jaw, his appearance means nothing to the game and he affects jack shit. Besides his name is Redfield not Chris. Kennedy will show up in RE8 along with Burton and Alomar.
