ACC is going to have some new QBs next season. Yates, Wilson, Tyrod, Nesbitt, Verica and Ponder are gone. Does Jacory still have eligibility?
Well he is 'eligible' as far as the NCAA is concerned. Not if you ask anybody with some sense though.

After this season, I absolutely cannot wait for next year's FSU team. They should stand a very good chance to win-out the ACC.

Maryland
Miami
NC State
Virginia
Boston College (away)
Clemson (away)
Duke (away)
Wake Forest (away)

That's entirely manageable. Maryland might be tough. O'Brien is a beast QB but who knows what will happen with the new coach. If it was Leach I would be scared, but without him I'm not sure they will be as great as they could be with O'Brien.

The OOC guarantees at least two, probably three wins.

Lousiana-Monroe
Charleston Southern
Oklahoma
Florida (away)

The Noles will be out for blood against Oklahoma after this year's game, but i don't know if they can stop the Sooners. Florida should be beatable next year, but you never know with that game.

Wait, are you a Panther fan?

There is no way we take Newton...oh please no no no.

I remember after the terrible 3-13 season the Saints had in 05, I was watching the USC/Texas game seeing Vince Young lead his team on the comeback win thinking he was exactly what New Orleans needed to go back to winning (keep in mind, Aaron Brooks was the starter) I didn't want them to pick Bush. I'm so glad I was wrong. Bush may not have been the superstar everyone thought but he's useful on O when he's not fumbling. Young would have destroyed the team. Luckily, other decisions were made. Dolphins = suckers

Stanford really should have beat Oregon.
It's kind of amazing that this team isn't in the title game. Tough luck for them they were in the same conference as Oregon.

I, of course, am grateful.

Honestly unless they think that Clausen is garbage, I'd consider trading the pick if I'm carolina. They desperately need help on the offensive and defensive lines. I'd also trade Steve Smith for a mid round pick while teams might still want him.

Luck is the biggest surefire QB since Peyton Manning. The Panthers have to take him if he declares. I think every other QB in this draft is a major risk and they should just stick with Clausen otherwise.

If Luck stays in school I'm going to kill myself.
:lol

I've developed such a man crush on this dude and this is the first I've seen him this year. Come to Carolina where Bojangles biscuits flow like wine!

Put me down for Ryan Mallet is Ryan Leaf.

Only reason the NFL likes him is the WOW of Arm Strength.

Would have thought by now that most GM's would realise that NFL QB'ing is alot more than Arm Strength.

Nah. Oregon completely dominated them after the 21-3 lead.

They never should have blown a lead that big. But that's the way it goes.

If Harbaugh becomes the Michigan coach I will be scurred.
However that program does need a "Michigan man" in charge.

Rich Rod and co. are utter disgraces.

We need..like...the first 10 picks in the draft to be honest. We've made terrible decisions on draft day for the past couple of years. If Clausen showed more promise I'd say we should trade the pick...but...if Luck comes out, I think you almost have to go with him at 1.
Eh. Everette Brown and Armanti Edwards were wasted picks, sure, but the team has more talent than the usual worst team in the league.

Gross is a top 10 LT in the league. Kalil's one of the best centers. Otah was hurt all year, and he played great at RT. You've needed a DT ever since Jenkins left. Charles Johnson's played really well.

The fact that y'all largely have a settled offensive line and 2 (maybe 3) backs that can carry the load will make it a lot easier for a rookie to start right away. On the downside, the division's stacked for the foreseeable future.

I think USC forced UW into a 3rd and 50 once, there was a fumble and a penalty.
Wasn't there like a 5 game stretch where SC didn't allow an opponent past the 50 yard line back in 2008? :lol

You almost beat Oregon with a field goal attempt with over 9:00 minutes left in the 4th.
Yea, i don't understand that. Oregon would of had the chance to march down the field like they did anyways.

I'm not sure what the difference is between Fridge and the UConn guy. Seems like a lateral move.

I think we'll finish 5-7. We have Stanford, Tulane, Richmond and at FIU. Outside of Stanford we can win those 3 games, though FIU is halfway decent this past year. In conference, if Duke can beat shitty WF, and hang with UVA and BC like they did this season, that 5-possibly 6 wins. Duke's not beating FSU, GT, UNC and Miami are question marks and Duke has played them tough the past few years. It would be nice to win a game we're not supposed to.

That was a bizarre hire all around.

UConn->Maryland isn't really a step up, and Fridge->Edsall isn't really an upgrade.

The Niners would like to thank the Panthers for us getting Anthony Davis in last years draft, even though he had a decent year :lol

Although checking ESPN I don't see it in the game I thought it was.

That 2008 defense was God Tier. Notre Dame didn't get a first down until like the fourth quarter that year.

Sadly the offense was dumb, fucking Sanchez and McFumbles.

Maybe they should have hired Mangino instead. whatever happened to him anyway, KU fans?
You didn't notice him out there tonight, in his new job?

This may have been the worst bowl season thus far. On paper most of these matchups sucked, and most sucked on the field too.

I think we need to move to a draft on bowl games, enough of this #6 big 10 team plays here.

Maybe Stanford should have played Bama, that would have been a good game.

:lol [insert sexist joke]

Stanford Alabama would be great fun. If you enjoy watching RED DEATH.
