Aside from the game next week the only two teams I cared about enough to watch were Boise State and Stanford, thanks to this shitty bowl bullshit I got to watch them in two uncompetitive games against vastly inferior teams.

Way to sell you game to the viewing public, NCAA football.

I guess letdown is more appropriate. Every year VT is supposed be a title threat, but that never materializes. Well, I guess once it did, but then Florida State rallied and won the most important game of his life.

I just enjoy the fact that Beamer's never won anything of significance.

This may have been one of the worst bowl seasons I can remember. So many boring matchups and the only good ones were the ones I didn't care about like Tulsa. Wiscy/TCU was good, really enjoyed it but ever else was booooooring.

This game was a great hustle in the first half. Second half was the way everyone thought the whole game would go.

Other than a playoff season, they should just look at the teams logically and invite them on how they match up after they are done with all the AQ's.

You never watch college football do you? This shit happens EVERY YEAR. Pete Carroll got asked these questions every year. Every eligible underclassman star player gets asked if he's coming out.

It's ridiculous and annoying, but it happens.

there is absolutely NO WAY he is going to michigan. what are they going to pay him? $2.5 mil?

the niners have already made it clear that we will basically pay him whatever he wants. you might think that being his school that would hold some weight, but money matters. san fran makes the most sense:

the most money, doesn't have to move anywhere, plays in the worst division in the history of professional sports. shit, we don't even need a fucking QB to win this division.... none of the other teams in our division have a decent qb!
 
The 49ers problems go a lot deeper than head coach, he probably doesn't want to be fired after a few years like everyone else who has taken over that job basically since Bill Walsh.

why would he want to go to michigan? as i said before, he has already proven he can take a loser school and put them into title contention. what else does he have to prove in college?

the niners problems this year didn't go much deeper than coaching. if you fielded our same team this year with harbaugh we would've been in the playoffs.

you can dream all day about harbaugh going to your school. but from what i'm hearing, michigan is offering about $2.5 mil. the niners are likely to offer AT LEAST double that and he doesn't have to move his family across country.

i'm of course looking at this with my niners goggles on, but even to an unbiased party the niners job has to make more sense. you'll see.... you'll all see!

then we trade parys haralson, nate clements, dashon goldson and david carr to the panthers for the #1 pick and their #1 pick next year too. suck it down panthers!
 
Fun first half. Second half was a slaughter, which was also kinda fun. The goal line pick --> two plays --> touchdown was a thing of beauty. :lol

NFL or college? Hmm.... Sounds like an easy decision to me. Coach in the league with your brother or go to a lower league and paying job for the nostalgia factor.
 
Man, it would be hilarious if after all this, Harbaugh went insane and decided to stay.

We had Carr at Carolina a few years ago. I still remember the dude wearing his Michael Jackson-like gloves while throwing the football and his flowing hair. I want none of that guy again :lol
