I hate all of you. The world is a horrible place. I want to die.

Seems like he went with the Jeff Gerstmann maneuver.

Richt may love God, but God clearly just doesn't feel the same way about Richt.

We did not win. We lost, and it really sucks. We should have won. We didn't. We did not win.
Those 2 are also good.

Biggest game in Stillwater in quite some time. Bedlam 2011 had more at stake, but we were coming off the Iowa State loss so the atmosphere was apprehensive.

Coming off 6 straight wins, beating the hell out of Texas on the road, and we have a chance to assert ourselves as the best in the conference and possibly win our 2nd conference title in 3 years. Should be a blast.

I liked these quotes from Richt:

That caused Richt and Wagers to exchange some words. Wagers started to walk away, then turned back, according to television replays. Speaking on his radio show Monday night, Richt said he could tell Wagers was about to throw a flag on him. So he wheeled around, away from Wagers, only to find another official right there.

"So I got as close to his face as I could and said: You guys are the best officials in the Southeastern Conference," Richt said, laughing as he recounted it. "Then Penn threw the flag. So I think if he had heard what I said he might not have thrown it. But I think he thought I was continuing on with my opinion of what had happened."

Richt was reminded that Wagers was also the referee in the Florida-Georgia game in 2007.

"Was he?" Richt said, and the crowd assembled for the radio show could be heard laughing. "I don't know what to say."

Richt was in less good humor about the non-call at the end of the game by Wagers and his crew: On the final play of the game, Richt felt a targeting call could have been called against Auburn's Dee Ford on Georgia quarterback Aaron Murray.

"Absolutely it could have. It didn't obviously," Richt said. "You know what, it's amazing, every time you send the film in what they thought of it after the fact, it's really difficult for us to know what is and what isn't a targeting."

I have known for several years that Richt was a fraudbuffoon. Hopefully we drop our next two games - I don't know if Richt can survive a 2nd 6-win season in 4 years.

If Richt keeps his job, and Muschamp gets fired....worst offseason in Georgia Football history :(

I don't think Richt is our problem. I think Grantham and possibly secondary coach Lakatos are our problem. The problem with Grantham, IMO, is that he refuses to adapt his scheme for the personnel he has. He just keeps trying to hammer that square peg in the round hole and assumes that when kids aren't getting it, that he just needs to keep hammering away and eventually they will. His defenses are much better when they're throwing in blitzes, but of course he didn't do that the first half against Auburn. The second half, he did and the defense was much more successful.

I just don't know that his gameplanning is always solid. I'd really like to pull Ellis Johnson from Auburn. I was always impressed with his defenses at South Carolina. His Auburn defense did pretty well against our offense Saturday considering their relative lack of talent on that side of the ball. We have a lot more talent right now, they're just young and I'm not sure they're well coached.

This one from the meltdown was pretty great. I know that feel bro.

I just instinctively walked out of the room and kept walking around the house with my head hanging down and my mouth wide open. For a minute I had that lump in your throat feeling, you get when shit that really matters breaks your heart, but it went away pretty quick. I made one pass back by the TV to check for any flags that may have been thrown on the play before I set off walking.........and then just went outside and sat on the porch for twenty minutes or so. I didn't know it until then, but there was a full moon last night. It was very peaceful.

You know, I really have no idea why Gata fans are flipping shit over losing to SCAR. They were using their 3rd string qb, did they really think they had a shot?

edit: same could be applied to uga fans.

Dem Tech tramp stamps

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BZZgGZmCMAAiEit.jpg:large[img]
I'll never get why Tech is the only school that people mock for having tramp stamps on their uniforms when we're far from the only school to do it.

Auburn is one of our big 3-4 rivals so the expectation is always to beat them. We beat them handily the previous two years. The expectation for our team at the beginning of the year was to win the East and to make a run at the MNC. Those expectations were probably out of line if nothing else because our defense is piss poor, but then all the injuries on offense happened and the rug was pulled out from our feet.

So the disgruntlement you're seeing from UGA fans is due to going from beginning of season hoping for a great finish, to seeing your team limp to 6-4 with the potential of beating Kentucky and Ga Tech to finish the year (yay?). It's hard to deal with.

Yes! At least we're only 9-point underdogs in this game, and not 27-point dogs like ISU was in 2011.

Had a 4 star OG (V. Talamaivao) flip to USCw, because he's from Cali, hasn't stepped foot in Tuscaloosa before, and wants to be closer to his family.

@AndrewJBone: The loss of Talamaivao will drop #Alabama to the No.1 recruiting class in the country.”

Just opens up a spot for another 4-5 star player.

Even I did something similar to that post. Ball got caught, I got up and walked outside :lol One of those "bigger than real life" type plays.

Honestly this season hasn't been that bad. If anything, I guess I have more perspective at some point and don't get that broken up over losses anymore. I have a lot of other things going on in my life. Then again, I say that now, but in the offseason I'll feel differently.

Pitt took some shine off of the BYU-Notre Dame matchup, but at least the pressure is no longer on the Cougars to keep Notre Dame out of the BCS.

It's because y'all are the Mets of the SEC. The sooner you come to grips with this revelation, the healthier your heart will be.

Every Georgia fan is pessimistic about the program and each game that is played, we just don't like it when opposing fanbases are.

Edit: Stupid gaf going down causing me to double post!

So ill put a crazy stat here! Since the series started in 1901, this is the first time Wisc and Minn have both been 6 games over .500 when theyve played each other.

Some Defensive X&O's on excellent Free Safety play

Could show how Alabama will play Auburn and it's myriad of read option plays, making the safety play the most important part of their gameplan, and if HCD and LC play well, could succesfully contain AU's offense enough to help Alabama's offense have enough possessions to wake the fuck up and do something.

Merry Early Christmas to Gondo, Baylor's starting left tackle is out.

Finally hit the meat of the schedule against OU a week and a half ago and that marked the beginning of them finally starting to get some injuries. Baylor has had great luck on the injury front all season thus far, though big contributions to that were being able to sit their starters more than most teams due to blowouts and a lot of early bye weeks. Baylor's the only team in the conference that has 3 games left to play; Six others have 2 left and three others only have 1.
