Definitely not an STD, as I'm a pure.
That's not the way to solve anything.
Hope he's okay.
Not the way to solve what ?

There is no way I can imagine someone accidentally making a sandwich with glass in it.Well yes I'm serious in questioning if it was intentional. I've never heard of this happening, so wtf. Is this a thing people do? Maybe my phrasing of "any the wiser" was poor choice but I'm being sincere in questioning whether or not it was intentional.
I feel for his pane.
What?

Why does everyone need to try to trap people into saying shit out loud by playing coy when everybody got what they meant. You aren't asking a question, just call him out on it and be done with it.Not the way to solve what ?

Shards of glass on a sandwich don't happen by accident.
Reminds me of when I was a kid. Ate a bagel and it had a few screw shards inside it and it cut up the inside of my mouth.
But that was metal, which didn't snap into smaller shards when I bit down on it...so this is much worse![]()
BLM....how does that happen?

Yes. Shitty/poorly maintained equipment was my guess. It looked like a screw shattered and some of the pieces got embedded into the dough.Wait there was metal in the bagel?

BLM.
Here is my question. How can the cook not have noticed glass in the sandwich? Man this is just screwed up.

It is starting to feel like a civil war at this point.
This shit gets said every incident and it's so dumb I shouldn't even address it. But the only Civil War you'll see in America will be in dollar theaters and out soon on DVD.
Fucking sucks for the officer and I hope they're alright. Thankfully the offender should be caught soon, or at least I would hope. Can only be so many people working at that restaurant at the time of the incident.
Would be way worse if he swallowed them though. As you could be looking at cuts in the esophagus, stomach and intestines...
A race war is maybe a more accurate idea. The Civil War was more extreme and involved states going to war with each other. Civil War is hyperbole, and even race war is hyperbole, but this seems to be escalating daily.

Wow, hope the culprit gets caught.

Police officers are becoming super afraid of simply doing their job, and the public is super scared of the police.
In both instances it is probably less then 1% from both sides causing all the discontent, but in a country of 300 million people, that is a ton of violence.
The more on edge the police feel, the more likely they are to make poor decisions.
This shit is escalating, and we really need to stop demonizing one faction or the other.
I hope they find that guy and put him in prison for at least 10 years.
a nurse explained me that it's actually not very likely to get internal cuts (except esophagus of course) from swallowed glass pieces as the sharp edges get radiused(sp?) by the stomach acid. also the stomach wall is tough as hell.
most cuts and punctures happen in the bowles through swallowed needle-like metal pieces (grillbrushes!)
and yes, I did eat glass (accidentally). thankfully it left my body normally the next day without any harm done
Save these posts until we even know if this was intentional.A race war is maybe a more accurate idea. The Civil War was more extreme and involved states going to war with each other. Civil War is hyperbole, and even race war is hyperbole, but this seems to be escalating daily.
Probably because they are checking to see if this was an accident or a crime. If an accident, I'd expect a hefty lawsuit. If intentional, then shut that shit down and arrest all involved. So, are they not naming the restaurant because it's "alleged" or because they don't want some kind of bad stuff going down at the location in protest or whatever?
Glass is no joke. I'd never even heard of this as a method of getting at someone until I saw the first season of Oz, and even then I thought no one would be that messed up irl.

I don't think there's been anything significantly linked enough to break the point of Frequency Illusion yet. People in the food industry fucking with a cop's order isn't exactly an avant garde idea either.
Now, I get what you're getting at with the idea of violence against cops but a race war this is not. And again, there simply hasn't been a significant through-line to prove any links between these or other incidents at scale.
I understand what you are saying, but would you not agree that in the last two weeks we have seen three major instances of African Americans going on killing sprees targeting white police officers?
And crazy ass killing sprees has totally been a white male disenchanted youth thing for the past two decades.
So the police are more scared for their lives, and nutsos are seeing these attacks and are inspired by them. Which leads to everyone acting the fool, and potentially more cops with itchy trigger fingers. It just perpetuates itself.
I cannot say this in any more clearly: This is not a growing race war. This is not a growing civil war.
What specific incidences are you referring to? Can you elaborate because I might be out of the loop on what you're referring to here.
Outside of that, I think you're really clinging to stereotypes as fact here. Killing sprees aren't a "thing" reserved for a race, creed, gender, or otherwise. Bad people do bad things. If you're saying that because of recent events cops are more trigger happy around minorities? Well, that's been the case for years. The recent events don't explain that.
That's kind of stupid surely there was only one or two guys who touched the sandwich, they probably can nail the guy with finger print.
