The Comedy Network is going to air Conan as well, but they haven't decided on a timeslot yet. I'm banking on 12am since TDS and Colbert are on at 11-12. Better, and no conflict with TDS/Colbert, but also not perfect since they don't even broadcast in HD.

First print ads are running in October.
I'm thinking he's going to keep the beard. It would be odd to advertise his image so much to shave it off before the first show.

Update on Canada: The Comedy Network moved The Daily Show and Colbert (as of last week) to 10pm to make room for Conan at 11pm.
I'm not sure how well that's going to work out. As long as Comedy Central gets them the shows by 10, it's all good... but I won't tolerate a day delay on those those.

They recently moved Daily show and Colbert to 10pm/10:30pm respectively... I've heard rumblings that Conan will take over the 11pm timeslot.. giving us this amazing block:
Monday-Thursday
10:00pm - The Daily Show
10:30pm - The Colbert Report
11:00pm - CONAN
Only downside is it's all in SD
