Nah. Maybe for the first night or so, but I doubt that.Shaneus said:Quick question: I don't know much about the US ratings, is there any way (even with a massive cable audience) that Conan can get anywhere near that of Leno/Letterman?
Getting near it? Really shouldn't be that hard. In the 18-to-49-year-old group, which is all advertisers care about, Leno and Letterman are both scoring about a 0.9 or 1.0. Meanwhile, on Comedy Central, same type of basic cable deal like Conan's TBS, The Daily Show and Colbert Report usually score an 0.9 and 0.7 respectively. Comedy Central is arguably a smaller channel than TBS is, so I'm pretty sure that Conan could pull similar ratings. And thus, get near to/beat Leno and Letterman.Shaneus said:Should I post this here? Jay Lenos Tonight Show Ratings Stay Below Conans
Eat shit, NBC/Leno.

If it is feasible and he does come close, it would be great vindication given that he's on a cable network. I'll sadly have to resort to other means though, as I'm sure there won't be any channels in Australia picking Conan upThomper said:Getting near it? Really shouldn't be that hard. Sounds like a Family Matters episode plot.revolverjgw said:I had a dream last night that I was finally watching the new show, and Steve Urkel was Conan's sidekick. And he never shut up, it ruined the show and everybody hated it.
