This artwork was confirmed to NOT be Guerilla's new IP. I believe these were posted a few weeks ago on Kotaku (I think) and the editor confirmed the artwork was not from the new game.

That is some cool looking art, and is consistent with previous art we've seen that is supposedly tied to their new game. I hope it's real, and that is the look they are going for. I'm not a fan of Killzone, but am definitely looking forward to the unveiling of their next game.

The designs are very destiny. Multiple character sets with completely obscured faces implies a multiplayer focus.

Looks gorgeous, whatever it is, but it looks like it's gonna be a real street fight when it comes to multiplayer shooters next year.

I guess my issue is that it feels like he simply jumbled a bunch of styles together and they aren't cohesive. He didn't make them blend together. It's knight armor, Oriental mask and pancho.

I see this 'sort' of aesthetic in lots of concept art. Victor Antonov is the only guy to really get his style accurately conveyed into a games realized direction.

This isn't anything. But the art is great. Much nicer than Destiny's aesthetic, imo. You only see yourself in status screens or waiting lobbies in Destiny too, so any of the attachments we make with avatars are rather ephemeral. I would love a TPS in this vein.
